I spent a couple hours exploring the Griffith Quarry in Penryn, Ca. and was able to paint this little watercolor of the area behind the actual quarry. The Quarry itself is very overgrown and hard to get a good view. I'll go back again and try to paint the actual quarry site if I can see it well enough.

Griffith Quarry - watercolor
I spent a couple hours exploring the Griffith Quarry in Penryn, Ca. and was able to paint this little watercolor of the area behind the actual quarry. The Quarry itself is very overgrown and hard to get a good view. I'll go back again and try to paint the actual quarry site if I can see it well enough.
