I saw this little boat in Hayle, England and couldn't figure out what a small boat with a winch could be used for. (How about a small boat with a wench..) I'm guessing the winch is used to pull up the nets.(?) If any body knows please tell me, I'm curious.This is an oil painting on a canvas panel 8"x10"
